  • She has contributed to numerous travel guides and authored travel books on San Francisco and Boston.
  • She has been awarded residencies for her writing by Hedgebrook (Whidbey Island, WA) and the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts (Nebraska City, NE).


Anna has a wide range of interests and has covered everything from ecotourism to a city guide to thrifting. Her love of words led her to a career as a writer and editor in magazine, book, and newspaper publishing, as well as online. She has written for travel outlets including Fodor's, Time Out, and Skyscanner, specializing in food and the arts. She brings her love of travel to the classroom teaching travel writing in the M.F.A. program at Bay Path University. She is also a published fiction author.


Anna received a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College (English Concentration) and an M.F.A. from Mills College (Writing and Literature).
