Sera has excelled at covering a variety of niches over the years, including, but not limited to, real estate, the arts, entertainment, interior design, health & wellness, law, and more. Sera has spent years cultivating her craft as a freelance writer, journalist, and listing editor. However, it was not until she completed her London study abroad program that she fell in love with exploring the world. Since then, she has delved into all things travel-related, visited more than 30 countries, and has worked as a feature writer for other travel sites in the past and now Static Media. With her laptop, camera, and travel essentials in tow, Sera is committed to experiencing new places, cultures, cuisines, and languages whenever possible.

Education

Sera earned her B.A. in English and communications from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She participated in the University of Michigan Publishing Certification Workshop and The U-Club Poetry Council. She also studied abroad at the University of Notre Dame.
