Rachel has a lifelong love of languages and as part of her B.A. degree studied Mandarin in Shanghai.
She spent her early 20s as a music writer, traveling around Europe in search of the best festivals and new artists.

Rachel has been a professional writer and editor for 10 years. She began her career as a fashion writer, reviewing the catwalks of London Fashion Week, and later moved into the music industry, where she was lucky enough to make a living interviewing some of her favorite artists and reviewing live music at festivals and events around the world. These days, her specialism is in entertainment and lifestyle writing, with her work published by Vice, Dazed, i-D, The Guardian, OK! and Digital Spy, among others. She is also a copywriter and content writer, working on a variety of campaigns for both big brands and small businesses, with a specialism in travel, lifestyle and wellbeing content.

Education

Rachel has a joint honours BA in English Literature and Linguistics from Queen Mary, University of London and an MA in Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London.
