  • So far, Whitney has spent more than two years living in South America. Some of her favorite places she's visited include the Amazon Rainforest, Iquitos, and Mar del Plata.
  • Born a baker's daughter in a small city, she caught the travel bug at a young age and traveled internationally for the first time at 21.
  • Whitney started her travel journeys as a solo traveler and now continues to live abroad, traveling with her husband and two children.


Whitney has worked as a freelance writer and editor for over a decade. She's written travel, food, health, and parenting articles for sites such as Focus on the Family and Medium. She's also the author of several bilingual children's books, such as "el Espacio." She is a member of the International Association of Professional Writers and is passionate about writing pieces that encourage others to go out and explore more with confidence.


Whitney is studying at Brigham Young University - Idaho and is a certified international personal trainer and nutritionist.
