South East Asia, Family Travel, Outdoor Adventure Travel
- Krista spent more than 4 years traveling the United States in a campervan seeing many National and State parks, exploring small towns, and working as a digital nomad.
- She spent several months backpacking throughout South East Asia, including countries like Indonesia, Thailand, and Cambodia. She traveled on a budget, staying at hostels and workaway stays.
- Krista spends more time camping during the eight nice months in North America than at home. At any given time, you can find her and her family on some mountain somewhere.
Experience
Krista has been a lover of the written word since she was barely old enough to read and write, and she found herself creating stories, writing poems, and crafting informative narratives throughout her childhood. She started her writing career as a journalist back in 2017. Since then, she has written for dozens of publications and eventually moved into freelance writing for more companies and brands than she can count. Traveling and outdoor adventures have always been a deep passion for Krista, and she uses these passions as fuel to get out, see the world, and create amazing stories about such adventures along the way. She now is based out of Boise, Idaho and travels as often as possible with her husband and 5-year-old son.
Education
Krista studied creative writing at South Seattle College, and Graduated with a degree in Educational Studies from Western Governors University.
