This Lavish Travel Experience From LA To Maui Offers The Ultimate Luxury Getaway

There's a new vacation package for luxury travelers to add to the top of their bucket lists, and it sounds like something straight out of the hit television show "The White Lotus." The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, where Season 1 of "The White Lotus" was filmed, has teamed up with Aero to bring glamorous jetsetters to an opulent vacation spot celebrity couples love.

Aero is a luxury air carrier based in Los Angeles, California that offers transportation to select destinations on semi-private flights. Along with the regularly scheduled routes to lavish tourist hot spots like New York, Aspen, and Las Vegas the company also offers private charter flights. In August of 2025, Aero and The Four Seasons announced a new partnership that offers travelers a semi-private flight from Los Angeles to the iconic resort in Hawaii.

According to the press release, the goal is to "transform the journey to paradise into an effortless, luxurious experience." The packages are open to all travelers, and it will be the first semi-private flight that travels weekly from the mainland United States to Hawaii. If you're the kind of traveler who doesn't spare a single expense when it comes to planning the perfect getaway, a semi-private flight on Aero to the Four Seasons Resort in Maui should be your next vacation destination.

Aero and The Four Seasons Maui at Wailea offer travelers a luxury vacation from start to finish

It's no secret amongst frequent travelers that the Golden Days of aviation are long gone. Even if you splurge on a first class flight to a five-star property like the Four Seasons, you'll still have to deal with the annoying and stressful experience of navigating busy terminals, backed up TSA lines, and frequent travel disruptions due to things like staffing shortages and mechanical issues. Flying on private planes is an alternative that is only available to an ultra-elite group of wealthy travelers. Aero aims to offer travelers a middle ground – it's a big step up from flying first class, but without the $75,000 price tag of a private charter flight.

"Aero was created to bring the magic back to flying. We aim to deliver an unforgettable, radically better travel experience, one in which the journey is just as remarkable as the ultimate destination," the air carrier's website states. The company also claims to bring back the "human connection" that has "been lost in an era of commoditized travel experiences."

Since Aero is one of the most luxurious airlines you can fly, tickets cost a pretty penny. A flight from LA to Maui on Aero will cost passengers $5,995 per person, each way. The price does not include the stay at Four Seasons, but preferred pricing of $5,495 for a one way flight per passenger is offered when you book the travel package. When flying Aero to Maui, you'll enjoy many of the same perks as you would if you booked a private jet. You'll also receive some additional perks like an $800 resort credit, a transfer from the tarmac to the Four Seasons Maui, and priority dining reservations.

The Aero and The Four Seasons Maui experience

When flying on Aero, you won't have to deal with the chaos of Los Angeles International Airport. Instead, you'll arrive at a private terminal at Van Nuys Airport, which is located about 30 minutes from the Hollywood Hills. Complimentary valet parking (and a car wash) is included with your vacation. Checking-in and security screening will take place in a comfortable lounge-like setting and will last about 20 minutes. While you wait in the lounge you can enjoy a cocktail, a glass of bubbly, or even a meal until it's time for your flight to depart.

When it's time to depart you'll board a Gulfstream jet that accommodates just 12 passengers. The seats are large recliners crafted from Italian leather that offer plenty of space to relax. The plane is equipped with Starlink WiFi so you can catch up on emails or stream your favorite show on Netflix. Throughout the flight, you can take advantage of an open bar, a wine list, and other beverages. You'll also be served two Hawaiian-inspired meals from Erewhon — a high-end Los Angeles grocery chain — while you're in the air. Other bonuses like self-care essentials and toiletries are also complimentary for passengers. Aero allows pets to fly in the cabin, so there's no need to leave your fur baby at home while you vacation in Hawaii.

When you land in Maui, you'll be picked up on the tarmac by Four Seasons staff and transported to the stunning beach front property. Four Seasons hotels are synonymous with luxury, and the Maui resort is no exception. Relax in a private cabana by the saltwater pool, enjoy fine dining at one of the four onsite restaurants, or indulge in a wellness treatment at the spa.
