Crazy Deal On Ski And Snowboard Passes
Most people can agree that last year's snow season sucked. But with an El Nino winter likely on the horizon, skiers and snowboarders everywhere can (hesitantly) rejoice in the hopes of a winter of shredding—and now, a winter of savings.
Yesterday, four of the biggest ski resorts in the country joined forces Captain Planet-style to bring you one superhuman deal—if you buy before November 19, for $349, you're entitled to two free days at each resort, 50 percent off the rest of your lift tickets for the season (at any location) and up to 25 percent off of resort lodging. To put this into perspective, consider that a single full-day lift ticket alone at Jackson Hole can cost you up to $105.
The deal, dubbed the Mountain Collective, includes Alta, Aspen/Snowmass, Jackson Hole and Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows resorts in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and California, respectively. And with more than 16,000 acres and 104 lifts between them, well...El Nino or not, for anyone looking forward to winter, it's time to (not-so hesitantly) rejoice.
