  • The last great trip he took was to a historic hotel in a tiny, isolated town in the middle of the Oregon Outback.


Robert Balkovich has been working as a freelance writer and editor for over ten years. During that time, he's had his writing featured in Boing Boing, TravelSquire, Wanderlust, Vulture, and Lonely Planet.
After spending a decade living in New York City, he resettled in his hometown of Eugene, Oregon.


Robert received his BFA in writing from The Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.
