Adventure Travel Tip: Sleep Warmer
"On a cold night sleeping at a high altitude, if you don't have a boyfriend (or girlfriend!) to cozy up to, try keeping warm this way: Fill an extra water bottle with hot water* just before you get into your sleeping bag and then hug it all night long. (I wrap mine in an extra t-shirt so that it feels snuggly!) And if you have the extra space, try filling another one to place at your feet."
