Travel Pro Rick Steves' Personal Favorite European Works Of Art

Europe is home to some of the world's most iconic art, and in a 2021 interview with Stephanie Craig, Rick Steves narrowed down his personal favorite European works of art.
"It's one of the joys of my work, to be all alone with Leonardo's Last Supper, [...] Michelangelo's David [... and] the great Botticellis in the Uffizi Gallery," Steves stated.
Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper painting is located at Milan, Italy's Cenacolo Museum (Museo del Cenacolo Vinciano), just over one mile from the famous Duomo di Milan.
Michelangelo's 16-foot David statue is located in the Gallery of the Academy of Florence (Galleria dell'Accademia). The Uffizi Gallery (Gallerie degli Uffizi) is also in Florence.
