A recent traveler survey shows that among the Mega Ships that carry over 4,000 passengers at a time, Norwegian Cruise Line surpassed the others to earn the top spot on the list.
Survey participants evaluated cruise lines on specific categories, like sustainability, onboard food options, quality of service they received, and the accommodations they enjoyed.
On a 100-point scale, travelers evaluated Norwegian Cruise Line with 86.72 points, followed by Royal Caribbean at 86.69 and Carnival at 85.35.
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. currently has a fleet of 31 ships across its brands, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
The company serves approximately 700 global cruise vacation destinations, including two Caribbean islands that it owns, Great Stirrup Cay and Harvest Caye.
