The city is packed with festive things to do for the whole family. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is full of rides, cider, and shows, so it's perfect for everyone.

Take the kids to Fly-Kid Family Rave, a family-friendly dance party full of activities, or buy tickets to see the Mayor of London's New Year's Eve fireworks along the Thames.
The fireworks display is impressive at Sydney Harbor Bridge, but Darling Harbour is a quieter venue to go with kids. The free show on Cockle Bay begins at 9 p.m.

Another fun place to try is Taronga Zoo, which has four packages available. There is also Pirrama Park, a family-friendly, less crowded site for fireworks viewing.
