Shaun White Buys $3.85 Million Beach House

The last few months haven't been a cakewalk for Olympic snowboarder Shaun White, 26, who had a bad run-in with police in Nashville after a drunken escapade. But now White can take a break from both the media and the cold at his new $3.85 million beach house in Encinitas, CA.

White's new 3,500-square-foot pad includes three bedrooms, three baths, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large deck with a firepit and gorgeous views the Pacific. And when White wants to hit the waves, he can just walk down his private staircase to the shore.
