Fitness Tip Of The Day: Stretch Before The Slopes
"Don't forget that skiing is a total body activity, so it's essential to keep your whole body loose. Warm up in the lodge with a good stretch of your quads, glutes, and hamstrings so that your first run of the day doesn't burn. This will also prevent injury. Then loosen up your arms and shoulders with big arm circles to get the blood flowing. A bonus of warming up and stretching before you start your day is that you'll stay warmer longer."
