With an eye to freeride performance, the new Cobra features a stealthy directional shape and slightly setback stance, rocker binding-to-binding and cambered tip and tail. These ingredients all come together to provide bomber edgehold, mindless edge-to-edge transitions, and easy flow in pow. It's best suited to natural terrain and riders who don't spin it around and switch too often. The upper mid-level stiffness means it's not the easiest board here to initiate turns with, but appropriate rider input makes it a high-level performer.
